Fairness & soziale Verantwortung

For us, responsibility means not only the conscious use of materials, but above all the respectful treatment of the people involved in every step of the value chain. From production to shipping, we work with partners who share our social and ethical values. Transparency, fair working conditions, and genuine participation are at the heart of this.
Our clothes are manufactured in a carefully selected production facility in northern Portugal. Fair working conditions are guaranteed there according to clearly defined ethical and ecological criteria. International labor law regulations are consistently adhered to, and the textile workers are unionized.
Employees receive wages above the legal minimum wage, benefit from bonus payments, and enjoy free transportation to their place of work. At the same time, care is taken to use fabrics and materials efficiently in production in order to minimize waste during the manufacturing process.

We also consciously focus on social responsibility when shipping our orders. In Switzerland, fulfillment is carried out by Mehrwerk in Werkheim Uster, where over 280 people with cognitive impairments live and work. For our customers in Germany, the Rudolph-Sophien-Stift in Stuttgart takes on this task. The foundation offers comprehensive work and care services for people with mental illnesses.
Through this collaboration, every order is not only carefully packaged and shipped, but also creates meaningful jobs and genuine participation in working life.
