Shipping Switzerland
Products are shipped directly from the warehouse in the Zurich Highlands to all of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders with a value of CHF 130 or more. For orders under CHF 130, the shipping costs are CHF 8.
Shipping for gift vouchers is free.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.
Shipping Germany
Products are shipped directly from the warehouse in Stuttgart. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders with a value of EUR 130 or more. For orders under EUR 130, the shipping costs are EUR 6.90.
Shipping for gift vouchers is free.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.
Returns
Sometimes a garment just doesn't fit the way you imagined. I know the feeling! You can return items that don't fit in an unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account with your email address and register a return.
- Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours and you will be notified by email as soon as it has been approved. Important: Do not send any items that have not yet been approved. Items that have not been approved will not be processed.
- Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label, for which a fee applies. Pack the clothing you wish to return, preferably in the original packaging, and attach the return label so that it is clearly visible.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office/DHL location and your work is done.
After checking the garments, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
