Shipment

The products are delivered directly from the warehouse in the Zurich Oberland to all of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be informed by email.

shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. For orders under CHF 150, shipping costs are CHF 8.

The delivery of gift vouchers is free of charge.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.

return

Sometimes the item of clothing just doesn't fit the way you imagined it would. I know that! You can return the unfit items within 14 days if they are unworn and undamaged. To do so, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your customer account with your email address and register a return.
2. Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours and you will be notified by email once it has been approved. Important: Do not send items that have not yet been approved. Unapproved items will not be processed.
3. If possible, pack the clothing you want to return in its original packaging and seal it well with adhesive tape.
4. Address your package to the address provided in the email.
5. Drop off the package at the nearest post office, have it stamped and your work is done.

After checking the items of clothing, we will refund the value of the goods within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place the order.
