Shipping to Switzerland
The products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Zurich Oberland region to all of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 130.-. For orders under CHF 130.-, shipping costs are CHF 8.-.
Gift vouchers are sent free of charge.

Delivery typically takes 1-3 days after leaving the warehouse.

The products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Stuttgart. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping is free for orders over €130. For orders under €130, shipping costs are €6.90.

Sometimes a garment just doesn't fit the way you imagined. I know that feeling! You can return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days. Here's how:
- Log in to your customer account with your email address and register a return.
- Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours and you will be notified by email once it has been approved. Important: Do not send any items that have not yet been approved. Unapproved items will not be processed.
- Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label (for a fee). If possible, pack the clothing you wish to return in its original packaging and affix the return label clearly.
- Simply drop off the package at the nearest post office/DHL location and your work is done.
After inspecting the clothing items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
